Is Marian custodial?+
No. Your baskets, locked positions, and credit lines are held by smart contracts you approve. Marian Labs cannot move your funds.
How do dividends actually reach me?+
Underlying custodians receive the dividend, convert it to USDC, and route it through the DividendDistributor contract to holders — per block, pro-rata.
What can I borrow against?+
Any locked basket or locked $MRN. Collateral factors depend on basket liquidity; the current schedule is published in the Borrowing docs.
Can I make my own basket?+
Yes — anyone holding at least 1% of the $MRN supply can propose and launch a custom basket, pick weights, and set a management fee.
